Frameshot is an image hosting and screenshot management platform that allows users to:

• Upload and store images/screenshots
• Share images via short URLs
• Organize images into collections
• Use AI-powered features like OCR, auto-tagging, and smart search

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You agree NOT to use Frameshot to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Adult/NSFW Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult material
• Violence: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting violence
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred against individuals or groups
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Malware: Viruses, malicious code, or harmful software
• Spam: Unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam
• Impersonation: Content falsely representing yourself as another person or entity
• Copyright Infringement: Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Private Information: Personal data of others without their consent

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to Frameshot. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law without prior notice.

DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@prn.tf.

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the service
• Circumvent any rate limiting or security measures
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to transmit malware or viruses
• Engage in any activity that could damage or impair the service

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Not exceed your plan's storage or request limits

The Frameshot service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Frameshot and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAMESHOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frameshot and its licensees, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
